How fresh is your coffee?
We carefully manage our inventory so the coffee you receive is well within its peak flavor window. Each bag is sealed with a one-way degassing valve to preserve freshness from our warehouse to your kitchen.
How should I store my coffee?
In an airtight container, at room temperature, away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid the fridge or freezer, moisture is the biggest enemy of coffee flavor.
How long does coffee stay fresh after opening?
For best flavor, enjoy within 2–4 weeks of opening the bag. Sealed bags stay fresh longer thanks to the degassing valve.
