We ship orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Delivery typically takes up to 7 days, depending on your location.

We carefully manage our inventory so the coffee you receive is well within its peak flavor window. Each bag is sealed with a one-way degassing valve to preserve freshness from our warehouse to your kitchen.

In an airtight container, at room temperature, away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid the fridge or freezer, moisture is the biggest enemy of coffee flavor.

For best flavor, enjoy within 2–4 weeks of opening the bag. Sealed bags stay fresh longer thanks to the degassing valve.

Return Window
You may return, refund, or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned sealed and in their original condition. Any return on an unsealed or used product will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged or there's an issue with your product, please contact our support team before opening or using it. We'll work with you to replace it or resolve the issue. Returns on unsealed packages will not be accepted unless a support case has been raised in advance.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, refunds typically take 10–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and local financial regulations.
